Skills
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a restaurant or food industry setting
