SUMMARY
Provide clerical and other support to assigned program areas. Substitute in the classroom as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Completion of a Career Tech Business Office program or equivalent; experience in an educational setting.
- Preferred: One-year experience and/or education in a business office or clerical support role.

- Utilize computer-based programs to requisition materials, supplies, and equipment for program areas.
- Assist instructors in grading assignments and tests.
- Assist instructors in maintaining student records and files.
- Transport students by school vehicles as needed.
- Pick up materials, supplies, and equipment for program areas as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all assigned program areas.
- Work cooperatively with faculty, staff, administration, and students.
- Participate in all staff development activities as requested.
- Attend all faculty and staff meetings as requested.
- Maintain professionalism in self and work product at all times.
