Team Member Responsibilities:
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant (care for self, care for others, pursue growth, have fun, bring your best)
- Hospitality (Front of House): Greeting guests, taking orders at counter or in drive-thru, assisting with table service, and managing transactions with accuracy
- Kitchen (Back of House): Cooking, assembling, and preparing food according to high-quality food safety standards and processes
- Maintaining a clean and pristine work area, including cleaning dining rooms, kitchens, and restrooms
- Ensuring all food stations and inventory are consistently stocked and organized
- Greet guests and fellow team members with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide exceptional service with a 'My Pleasure' attitude
- Observe and follow all health and sanitation guidelines for a clean and safe restaurant
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
