WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
- Hand-breading chicken and operating cooking stations to Chick-fil-A quality standard
- Preparing and portioning food items with consistency and attention to detail
- Following food safety protocols — temperature checks, labeling, dating, proper storage
- Keeping your station and the broader kitchen clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Communicating production needs to your team leader and adjusting pace during peak volume
- Receiving inventory, rotating stock, and supporting waste tracking as directed

- Reliable availability — kitchen positions often require early mornings or closing shifts; must be available on Saturday
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in a warm environment, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures
- Prior food service or kitchen experience is a plus — but not required. We will train you.
