Team Member - Back of House

Duties:

• Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness during both day and night shifts
• Team Members may work in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or kitchen depending on shift needs
• Responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, assembling orders, working the drive-thru, restocking supplies, cleaning tables and kitchen areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Day shift employees typically focus on lunch operations and customer service, while night shift employees assist with dinner service, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties
• Team Members are responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing food according to company standards, operating kitchen equipment, assembling orders, working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Night shift employees may also assist with closing procedures, cleaning equipment, restocking inventory, and preparing the restaurant for the next business day

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
