Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Manage daily food safety standards
- Reduce waste and improve team productivity.
- Lead the completion of daily shift checklists
- Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
- Encourage and challenge the team to reach their potential
- Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder
- Leading and managing the guest experience through food quality, cleanliness and speed.
