Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and lead a team to provide the best food and guest experience
- Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
- Create a positive work environment for everyone
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Run breaks and lead shifts
- Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder
Requirements:
- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work any time, including Saturdays (time off can be given for special requests)
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
