Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive working relationships while providing direction, coaching, and feedback to Team Members
• Collaborate with the leadership team to train, develop, and track the performance of new Team Members
• Motivate and encourage Team Members to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Ensure timely completion of shift tasks, operational responsibilities, and opening/closing procedures
• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation and food safety standards
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of both Front of House and Back of House operations and key positions
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a customer service, restaurant, or kitchen environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and remain physically active throughout shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and driven with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively support both guests and Team Members
