What is a Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center?

Responsibilities of all Shift Leaders:

• Manages expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day
• Focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership/management of team member positioning, hospitality, and cleanliness
• Works closely with the management team or Director to ensure operational goals are met and that our team members are equipped and led to be successful
• Responsible for the Opening/Closing of the restaurant on a daily basis

Deliverables of Role:

• Hospitality
• Ensure that table touch-ins are executed by our team every 15 minutes.
• Check restrooms every 30 minutes
• Check/maintain the restaurant exterior every 60 minutes.

Summary of Expectations:

Must be able to train effectively, follow systems, find solutions, communicate with excellence, have an eye for details and be the type of leaders others want to follow. Must also be able to perform and train all positions of the restaurant. Would have previous leadership experience of high performing teams. We are looking for leaders of positive influence and change!

Schedule Expectations:

At least 3 shifts per week either 5:45 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 11:15 pm. Prefer full time but will consider part time for college students or other obligations. Must have ability to work Saturdays. Sundays are always off.
