Conditions of the position:

• Be able and willing to work Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.,
• with flexible start and end times
• Position is ~90% operational/10% administrative
• When have 4 operational directors on staff, one Saturday off per month; when have 6 operational directors on staff, two Saturdays off per month
• Have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
• Willingness to, on occasion, to flex schedule to cover shifts as needed for business
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Wages and Benefits:

• Hourly rate starts at $21.00/hour, based on experience & qualifications, more depending on qualifications
• Annual rate $51,555 at 45 hours/week
• Sundays off plus another weekday, as determined with colleagues/scheduling needs
