What You'll Do as a Shift Leader
Build positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to Team Members
Partner with the management team to train and track new Team Members' performance
Motivate Team Members to maintain strong customer service scores
Ensure shift tasks and opening/closing duties are completed on time
Take ownership of the restaurant facilities, keeping them organized and up to sanitation and food safety standards
Maintain a thorough understanding of key positions in both Front of House and Back of House
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Leadership experience preferred, ideally in customer service or a kitchen environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and stay physically active for extended periods
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, with a strong work ethic
Able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members as a leader
