Operations Manager

Chick-fil-A Indian River Road is hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily shift execution, develop team members and team leaders, and own key areas of operational performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to lead from the floor, maintain strong standards in a fast-paced environment, and help build a team that operates with consistency, accountability, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations during peak and non-peak hours
• Direct team members in real time to maintain strong execution, organization, and pace
• Ensure consistent performance in speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Coach team members and team leaders through live feedback, follow-up, and accountability
• Own and improve one or more areas of the business such as training, food safety, maintenance, team care, kitchen operations, or administrative systems
• Identify and develop emerging leaders through structured coaching and on-the-job development
• Solve operational problems proactively to keep shifts running effectively
• Support overall restaurant performance through disciplined execution and strong team leadership

• Shifts are organized, efficient, and well-led, even during high-volume periods
• Team members understand expectations and receive clear, direct coaching
• Standards for speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality are consistently upheld
• Assigned systems or areas of responsibility improve in consistency and reliability
• Emerging leaders are identified and developed through active coaching and example
• The team operates with a sense of ownership, professionalism, and shared accountability

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a leader who can execute, coach, and hold standards consistently.

Required capabilities:

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment (restaurant, hospitality, retail, or similar)
• Ability to direct operations in real time and make decisions under pressure
• Experience coaching team members and improving performance through feedback
• Ability to maintain standards consistently across shifts and team members
• Strong personal ownership, reliability, and follow-through
• Ability to build trust while maintaining accountability
• Willingness to be physically active and engaged on the floor throughout shifts

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time role with consistent leadership presence required
• Availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Saturday availability required
• Restaurant is closed on Sundays
• Ability to complete required food safety certifications
