Opening Team Members play an important role in setting the restaurant up for a successful day by preparing the restaurant, stocking essential supplies, maintaining a clean environment, and delivering excellent hospitality to our guests from the moment we open.
Responsibilities
Arrive on time and ready to work during early-morning shifts
Complete opening and preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
Prepare the restaurant, dining room, drive-thru for service
Stock products and supplies so the team is prepared for the day
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, quality, and operational standards
Provide friendly, genuine hospitality to every guest
Work effectively with your team and communicate throughout the shift
Help identify and address issues before they impact the guest experience
Take ownership of your assigned responsibilities and help the restaurant start the day strong
