We are currently looking for FOH Night Shift Team Members who are ready to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service to our restaurant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Smile and maintain positive, welcoming body language
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically and communicate clearly
• Build genuine emotional connections with guests
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Accurately process transactions and operate POS/cash register systems
• Multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintain a dependable, adaptable, and professional attitude
• Remain on your feet for extended periods
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Must have availability between 2 PM and 11:15 PM
• Texas Food Handler Certification preferred/required
• Previous POS or cash register experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong math and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
