What You’ll Do
As a S.W.A.T. Team Member — Servants Working All Together, you’ll:
- Safely and efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A orders
- Provide exceptional hospitality with every delivery
- Represent Chick-fil-A throughout our community
- Follow safe-driving and delivery procedures
- Prepare and organize delivery orders
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles
- Support restaurant operations between deliveries
- Help keep evening delivery operations running smoothly
- Follow Chick-fil-A safety, appearance, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Successful Motor Vehicle Record review before starting
- Working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
- Ability to carry delivery bags weighing approximately 20–25 lbs.
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Dependable evening availability
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
