Role:
- Utilize schedule templates and line-up for operational strategy
- Communicate and lead shift teams with care and confidence
- Oversee financial systems with accuracy and accountability
- Coach and celebrate hospitality leadership behaviors
- Facilitate external communication and catering orders
- Collaborate with Training Director to make sure new team members get proper training
