Kitchen Team Member (Full-Time Daytime)

Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The responsibility of our Kitchen team member is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. 

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections
• Provide craveable food by making it safe and following procedures
• Ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and accurately, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes and food prep
• Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.
• Keep all stations stocked and clean; place trash and cardboard in outside dumpsters; maintain equipment
• Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia
• Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines
• Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respect

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

College Scholarships

Team Members will have the opportunity to apply for Chick-fil-A's Remarkable Futures Scholarships. Scholarships can be used at any accredited two- or four-year college, university or technical/vocational school. 

No Experience Is Necessary
