Overview:
- Always deliver crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
- Coach and train the behaviors of all team members who work in the kitchen
- Create a sense of urgency that creates surprisingly fast speed of service
- Ensure attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
- Execute systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
Pay: $17 - $22 per hour
