Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Back of House floors and corners by sweeping, mopping, and running trash
- Maintain a food safe environment by cleaning in, around, and under machines, to include but not limited to ovens, fryers, and the dishwasher.
- Maintain cleanliness of Back of House floors, countertops, and walls
- Take out trash to the dumpster, replace trash bags in trash bins and wash trash bins and mop buckets
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned
- Ensure restrooms are stocked and cleaned hourly
- Ensure the parking lots are clear of trash and debris
- Ensure the dumpster area is clean and free of debris
- Routinely empty and clean trash boats
- Maintain the dish pit by washing dishes and ensuring sinks are cleaned
- Report broken, damaged, or missing dishes during routine checks
- Maintain the cleanliness of the conference room
- Report broken, damaged, or missing cleaning equipment during your routine checks
- Maintain the cleanliness of all hospitality equipment, to include mops, brooms, and dust pans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the utility closet
- Ensure cleanliness of the back of the building
- Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are properly stored
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting with guests and fellow co-workers
- Other duties as needed
Hospitality Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:
- Understanding of sanitation and cleaning guidelines
- Basic understanding of food safety procedures as it relates to cleanliness and managing cleaning materials
- Honest and trustworthy

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
