Team Member – Chick-fil-A Kendall

As a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Kendall, we expect you to be professional, take pride in your work, & have grit!

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Greet guests with a smile

    •    Serve food according to quality & food safety standards

    •    Assist with beverage and dessert preparation

    •    Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, storage, & kitchen areas

    •    Restock supplies

    •    Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as outlined by Chick-fil-A

Qualifications:

    •    Must be at least 16 years old

    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    •    Friendly and outgoing personality

    •    Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

    •    Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Physical Requirements:

    •    Ability to stand for long periods (4 consecutive hours)

    •    Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for restocking and cleaning duties

    •    Ability to move quickly and efficiently
