Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Let guests know that it is "our pleasure" to serve them in every interaction
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Objectives in the Team Member Role:

Deliver Genuine Hospitality: Actively contribute to our core strategy of putting others first by providing an exceptional, welcoming experience for every guest.

Pursue Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in daily operations, ensuring we execute the common things uncommonly well.

Engage in Development: Participate in ongoing coaching to develop your own skills while helping elevate the overall service of the team.

Salary : $15 - $17
