Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Provide genuine hospitality and ensure every guest feels cared for
- Smile, maintain eye contact, and communicate enthusiastically
- Create emotional connections by going above and beyond for guests
- Support and model the vision, mission, and values of the Restaurant
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Be dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and presentation
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and food safety standards
