Back of House Team Member - Prep (5:30am Shift)

Team Members will be the heart of our operation and play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant. Working in the \Back of House\ means you will be responsible for providing a remarkable dining experience for each guest by creating cravable food in a clean and safe work environment.

We are currently hiring for a BOH Prep Team Member with morning availability.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Shifts start at 5:30am and vary from Monday through Saturday

Back of House Team Member - Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Focus will be on kitchen prep including but not limited to preparing salads, fruit cups, wraps
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and boards, as needed
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Loves serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have high attention to detaill
• Able to multi-task independently and within a team
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have reliable transportation to Kapolei
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Due to government child labor laws and restrictions on job duties, BOH Team Members must be 16 years of age or older
