Requirements:
- Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills
- Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work any time including Saturdays
- At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts
- Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and the dining room
- Stock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
- Make deliveries
- Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder
