Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
- Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
- Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
- Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
