Director Responsibilities:
- Participating in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
- Training new hires and setting the tone for shifts
- Being a friendly, encouraging team player
- Leading shifts and being a key holder
- Ensuring effective communication and finalizing day operations
