Position Type

• Full-time (35 hours/week)
• Must be available during peak meal periods, including Fridays and Saturdays

Typical Hours of Operation

We are open: Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Leaders typically work 6–9 hour shifts, scheduled around peak business hours and shift coverage needs.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations serves as the senior on-site leader at Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods. This role oversees Front of House and Back of House Directors and ensures alignment across departments to deliver operational excellence, financial stewardship, and remarkable guest experiences.

Seminole Woods is designed for speed, consistency, and operational precision. The Director of Operations is responsible for developing leaders, refining systems, and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined execution at the store level.

This role reports directly to senior leadership and works in alignment with Shared Function Directors to ensure initiatives are fully implemented and sustained.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop Front of House and Back of House Directors
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable to results
• Drive excellence in speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee labor and food cost performance
• Conduct regular performance and financial reviews
• Strengthen operational systems and peak-time execution
• Ensure new initiatives and rollouts are fully executed
• Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline
• Foster a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Passion for servant leadership and developing others
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
