As a Delivery Driver, you’ll represent our brand in the community with professionalism, care, and accuracy. You’ll ensure that every guest receives their meal with the same level of excellence and warmth they’d expect in the restaurant — all while helping support the Front of House team when not on deliveries.

This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old. Delivery Drivers earn a base pay of $11/hour plus tips, typically averaging $16–$18/hour. A company vehicle is provided for all deliveries. Drivers may be scheduled part-time or full-time, and when not delivering, you’ll support the restaurant team with front-of-house tasks. As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver, you’ll represent our brand in the community by providing the same hospitality and care our guests experience inside our restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver meals promptly, safely, and with professionalism
• Represent Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and care with every delivery
• Ensure order accuracy and communicate clearly with guests
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and maintained for operational excellence
• Support Front of House tasks between deliveries (dining room upkeep, restocking, greeting guests, order prepping, etc.)
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, dress code, and guest service standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable smartphone with GPS and data plan required
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Consistent, dependable, and punctual
• Friendly, respectful, and guest-focused
• Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions
