Position SummaryThe Director of Culture, People, and Operations is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional Team Members while supporting operational excellence throughout the restaurant. This leader oversees talent acquisition, culture, leadership development, scheduling, payroll, and workforce planning to ensure a high-performing team and remarkable guest experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Culture
· Lead all recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing initiatives.
· Develop talent pipelines to ensure staffing needs are met at all levels.
· Foster a culture of servant leadership, accountability, care, and excellence.
· Lead Team Member engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
· Serve as a trusted resource for Team Member development and support.
Leadership Development
· Oversee training and onboarding systems for new Team Members and Leaders.
· Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and individualized development plans.
· Support succession planning and internal promotion strategies.
· Partner with Directors and Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
People and Operations
· Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.
· Manage scheduling, payroll administration, labor planning, and workforce forecasting.
· Monitor staffing, retention, turnover, and engagement metrics.
· Partner with operational leaders to ensure consistent execution and team performance.
· Provide operational leadership support during peak business periods.
· Assist in creating systems and processes that improve team effectiveness and operational results.

Basic Qualifications· Experience with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and team member development.
· Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
· Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
· Strong commitment to servant leadership, hospitality, people development, and operational excellence.
· Ability to work a flexible leadership schedule based on restaurant needs.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
· 3 years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
· Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or human resources.
· Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
· Experience with payroll, scheduling, HR systems, employee relations, and workforce planning.
· Demonstrated success building strong team culture, improving retention, and developing future leaders.
Compensation & Benefits· Starting salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capability.
