Dining Room Host (Front of House Team Member)

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
- Proactively check in with guests and offer assistance (refills, tray removal, etc.)
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Monitor and clean restrooms regularly
- Take out trash and maintain waste areas
- Assist guests with their needs and create a positive dine-in experience
