We’re looking for our next great Host/Hostess!

These Host/Hostesses are friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and hard working. Our Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role in the dining room by delivering exceptional first-mile service through maintaining a clean and friendly environment - attending to tables, chairs, booths, floors, and trash removal - while also engaging in second-mile service by fostering meaningful guest interactions, conversations, and providing personal table touch-ins.
Shifts for our hospitality specialists typically fall within our busiest periods, and may includes 11a-8p. Hours are part-time or full-time. Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to guest requests and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Work in a high volume, fast paced environment
