Daytime Kitchen Team Member (BOH)

Location: Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls – Wendell, North Carolina

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Daytime Hours)

Position Type: Part-Time & Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $14–$16 per hour (based on availability, and experience.

Position Overview

Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls is seeking dependable, high-performing individuals for a daytime kitchen role. This position requires strong work ethic, urgency, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in food quality, consistency, and teamwork. Whether part-time or full-time, this is a performance-driven role with opportunity for growth.

Schedule Requirements

• Available Monday–Saturday
• Morning and/or midday shifts (approximately 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Consistent daytime availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work with urgency during peak lunch hours
• Follow leadership direction quickly and accurately
• Maintain organized and clean workstations
• Support overall kitchen efficiency and teamwork

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Able to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Coachable and team-oriented mindset
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (not required)
