What You’ll DO- Coach and encourage team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Set the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency
- Help train and develop new team members
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable

- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (but not required)
