Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable, consistent, service-focused attitude

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Multitask efficiently; strong work ethic
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable
• Communicate clearly with team (and guests as needed)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Follow training, procedures, and menu updates
• Complete assigned tasks (including opening/closing)
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and dress code

Front-of-House (FOH) Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service (eye contact, enthusiasm, professionalism)
• Build positive guest connections
• Provide fast, accurate, friendly service
• Represent restaurant vision and values in all guest interactions

Back-of-House (BOH) Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards
• Operate all kitchen stations
• Stock and maintain kitchen readiness
• Ensure food safety and equipment safety compliance
• Monitor kitchen operations and report issues
