What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOH Director position at Chick-fil-A?
The Chick-fil-A at 72nd & Sorenson is seeking a Back of House Director who will be responsible for the back of house and will be expected to set the standard for signature service and lead by example. To do this, the Director has to actively show a passion for food safety, service, and for the Chick-fil-A brand. Directors must create and follow procedures and ensure that others follow procedures to maintain the safety and quality of our food. REQUIREMENTS
- Achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days of employment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience as a leader in the customer service industry
- Sincere desire to create a positive environment for both guests and team members
- Dynamic organizational skills
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
