Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
- Stay up to date on new products and procedures
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to Leadership
- Maintain product knowledge through in-house training and ongoing development
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Follow all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
- Follow all food safety. and sanitation guidelines
