Job Summary

The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights Team Member is to uphold our Vision: to be REMARKable by providing world-class service and loving our neighbors as ourselves and embody our Core Values of Progressive Achievement, Care, Growth, Balance, and Community Partnership.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
• Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
• Exceeds all Food Safety regulations
• Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
• Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests
• Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
• Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
• Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking up to 8 hours/day

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $12.75 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
