Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked, assembled, and presented safely and efficiently.
- Oversee team members and ensure adherence to cooking and assembly practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following all food safety procedures.
- Communicate clearly with fellow team members and Directors.
- Lead the opening or closing of the restaurant.
- Run Breaks
- Work cohesively with FOH leaders to ensure guests have an excellent experience.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
- Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
