Back of House Prep Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Midland Drive, our Back of House Prep Team Members play an important role in delivering the craveable food and consistent quality our Guests expect. This position focuses on preparing salads, produce, ingredients, and other menu items while maintaining high standards for food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and organization.

Back of House Team Member Expectations:

• Prepare salads and other menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare produce and ingredients
• Follow recipes, portioning procedures, and quality standards consistently
• Maintain appropriate prep levels to support the needs of the restaurant
• Properly rotate, date, label, and store products
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area
• Monitor product quality and communicate concerns to leadership
• Minimize waste through accurate preparation and responsible product handling
• Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation responsibilities
• Work with the Back of House team to ensure products are prepared and available when needed
• Support other Back of House positions as business needs require
