Your Role on Our Team:

• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Providing excellent customer service by demonstrating our CORE 4 model: eye contact, smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure”

• Your job will be to perform repeated tasks with excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Bread and prepare chicken to perfection (filets, nuggets, strips — you name it!)

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Communicate effectively with your kitchen team to keep production flowing smoothly

• Stay positive and focused — even during the busiest times!

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way, every time
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A dependable, hardworking team player with a great attitude
• ServeSafe Certified preferred - certification can be provided for the right candidate
• Follow the LEAN Chicken System and all Chick-fil-A preparation procedures with precision
• Use FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure product freshness and proper inventory rotation
• Maintain top-tier food safety, quality, and temperature standards at all times

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®). In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served whole breast chicken meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
