Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
• Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
• Oversees the labor and schedule for the week
• Establish and post daily sales goals to the team
• Tracks and charts sales, labor and productivity of each day-part daily
• Promotes unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision, weekly events, key elements of business plan, etc.
• Maintains healthy relationships with all levels of leadership
• Prepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes, marketing of specials, and the business.
• Meets weekly with Director team as a strategic partner.
• Drives continuous improvement
• Create sales goals and up sell goals
