Administrators support restaurant leadership in delivering excellence in business operations by engaging in accounting processes, daily reporting, team communication, supply ordering, and actually serving with your hands and feet during restaurant peak times. Administrators help the team keep their focus on guest interactions and service.

*This Administrative Assistant position is for future restaurant growth within the year. This position will initially train for restaurant operations and gradually train for administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Prepare and generate Daily Reports, Meeting Agendas, and Emails
  • Conduct Daily Invoice Processing and End of Month Accounting
  • Manage ordering of Uniforms and Supplies
  • Maintain Time Clock Record Keeping
  • Process Payroll-Related Transactions
  • Organize, Track, and Maintain Vendor Information
  • Respond to Emails and Phone Calls
  • Support the Team in Restaurant Operations daily during Peak Times
  • Follow up on Routine Leadership Tasks
  • Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
  • Assist with new Team Member Onboarding and Hiring Processes
  • Other duties as assigned
