What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Director position at Chick-fil-A Restaurants?
- A director level position is the highest level of leadership in our restaurant reserved for passionate, service minded individuals that seek a future as a Chick-fil-A franchisee, corporate staff or business career inside/outside of Chick-fil-A. Benefits include: Starting pay of $26-28 an hour with full starting compensation package of around $85,000-95,000 a year (at 45-50 hours a week) with no cap on pay increases. Compensation includes $7,800 a year towards health insurance or childcare, $3,000 a year in food benefits, paid vacation of around 2 weeks a year (based on hours worked), $600 a year towards a cell phone plan, $600 a year towards a gym membership and $200 one time for professional uniforms.
- Learn every aspect of running a multi-million dollar business including the areas of finance, marketing, accounting, operations, recruiting, and leadership development.
- Work alongside the Owner/Operator, Daniel Mitchell, to develop yourself personally and professionally through leadership books and classes, personal development plans, and internal Chick-fil-A leadership resources.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
