Job Summary:

Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest service, cleanliness, food safety, and team performance. Support catering/delivery, inventory management, and shift leadership (opening/closing). Ensure a clean, efficient, and positive work environment while coaching team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests efficiently and maintain food/service quality
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and proper stock levels
• Lead and train team; support positive culture
• Handle inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep
• Open/close the restaurant as a key holder

Requirements:

• 18 with HS diploma (Associate's preferred)
• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation & flexible availability, including Saturdays
• Valid Drivers License
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
