Job Description
Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Development Program (LDP). This full-time, 24–36 month leadership track is designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to grow into advanced leadership roles at Chick-fil-A, including opportunities within Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s Leadership Development Program or future Franchise Owner/Operator roles.
Participants receive hands-on leadership experience, progressive business responsibility, and direct mentorship from Owner/Operator Alex Wilson and the Senior Leadership Team. The program is ideal for those who are passionate about service, personal development, coaching others, and long-term organizational impact.
Position Type
Full-time, 2–3 year professional development program.
Salary
Starting Hourly Wage: $14.50-$18.50

Program Structure
Level 1: Chick-fil-A 101 (6–12 months)
Build strong foundational knowledge in restaurant operations while learning to lead shifts with excellence.
Key Focus Areas: FOH/BOH operations, shift leadership, service standards, problem-solving
Level 2: Operations & People 201 (12–18 months)
Take ownership of key departments and lead leaders toward operational excellence.
Key Focus Areas: Cost management, training, recruiting, systems improvement, inventory management
Level 3: Advanced Leadership 301 (8–12 months)
Operate at a Director level and contribute to long-term culture, development, and operational strategy.
Key Focus Areas: Executive leadership, business analysis, coaching leaders, strategic planning

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or actively pursuing one) OR 5 years leadership experience
- 2–3 year full-time commitment, including availability on Saturday and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for service, leadership, and developing others
- Humble, growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
