This is a full-time on-site role located in Colonial Heights, VA, as part of the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program. Participants in this program will manage daily restaurant operations, including team leadership, customer service, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include executing operational plans, optimizing restaurant performance, mentoring and developing team members, and leading community engagement initiatives. The role has a strong focus on leadership and professional growth, preparing participants for long-term career opportunities within Chick-fil-A.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to motivate teams and engage with customers
- Proficiency in using and understanding software applications; basic programming and software development knowledge is a plus
- Sales aptitude, with the ability to drive restaurant revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and inspire teams
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
