Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Director at Chick-fil-A Killeen, TX. The Restaurant Director will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive team performance. Responsibilities include team training, ensuring food quality, maintaining high standards for food and beverage operations, and achieving sales goals. The director will also create a positive work culture that supports growth, leadership, and operational excellence. This role exists to provide operational continuity, leadership accountability, and execution of Chick-fil-A standards.
Core Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations
· Ensure execution of Chick-fil-A standards, Pathway, Perfect Product, and Guest Experience
· Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to FOH and BOH leadership
· walk-throughs, and interview readiness
· Identify and correct operational gaps impacting performance or food safety
· Partner with leadership to ensure consistency across shifts and dayparts
Hard Deliverables:
· Food Safety score of < 2 (1 is Guardian of the Brand)
· Meet / Exceed Annual Business Plan targets for:
a. Profit
b. Sales
c. OSAT
d. Food Safety
e. AHA Usage
f. Other metrics as assigned
· Works 40 hours in the restaurant, supports operations as needed, on-call as requested
· Operational gaps identified and addressed
· ConnecTeam usage for operational checklists and documentation as assigned
Authority and Scope:
- Oversees operational execution across FOH and BOH during the interim period
- Provides direction to FOH and BOH leaders
- Escalates operational concerns to the Operator as needed
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift 35 pounds at times
· Must be able to access and navigate kitchen
