- Our Store Hours Are - Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM Friday & Saturday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Drive thru till 10 PM)
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all aspects of different shift operations
- Ensure top-tier guest experience through effective team management
- Drive operational performance in BOH
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Manage shift flow, labor, inventory, and food safety compliance
- Execute strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
- Proven track record of achieving operational and team performance goals
- Strong knowledge BOH operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High-energy, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Flexible availability, especially for afternoon and evening shifts
- Availability to work Saturdays, evenings and holidays

REQUIREMENTS
- Must work a minimum of 32 hours a week
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for long periods of time
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have ability to handle all restaurant equipment, navigating shelving both high and low
- Must have ability to hear conversations (telephone or in-person)
