It also involves closing the kitchen and preparing it for the morning shift. We close at 10 PM and the kitchen staff are normally heading home by 10:30 PM. Kitchen staff (Nights) can work up to a full-time schedule. Minimum expected hours is 20 per week.Prior experience is not needed. Our Night Side Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment.The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Job opportunities as Cook / Food Prep / Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Member is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
