The Role:

A Manager position at Chick-fil-A Market Street plays a vital role in the guest experience daily. The expectation they uphold is to create a positive work environment by treating others with honor, dignity, and respect. The manager can multitask and lead a team throughout their shift. They demonstrate responsibility, tenacity, integrity, leadership, and operational excellence. They display and/or uphold the following:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of between 6-20 people.
• Work open or closing shifts.
• Count and settle cash registers.
• Handle disciplinary conversations if/when needed.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Manage time and run team member breaks.
• Organize a shift to run successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote food safety throughout the store as a top priority.
• Maintain cleanliness of store.

Our management staff work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. The responsibility of our managers is to oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance, and food-safety procedures. From the Kitchen to the front counter, our managers lead by setting the example of what it looks like to provide RIDICULOUSLY UNFORGETTABLE SERVICE!

· All Managers are generally offered a full time or part time restaurant job.

· The right candidate will have casual dining restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management.

· Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager. Leadership experience is very helpful to your success at this job.
